Versatile self-taught artist Don Meredith, designer of the 1986 Space Shuttle Challenger commemorative, specializes in hand painted acrylic portraits of people and pets.  He does land and seascapes, and accepts commissions for children's book illustrations, cartoons and caricatures, logo design, murals and calligraphy. All of Don's work is done the old-fashioned way, by hand-nothing is ever computer-generated.  Though he is self-taught, with over 45 years of art experience, he acknowledges that his talents are God-given.  He believes that the Lord's hand has always guided his own.
